Mission 2 - Pandemic

So, I had this idea hanging around before Megs got back... Actually had this doodle lying around for a time, too.... I'll kick it into scraps later. I guess this is a 're' idea as to why Axis hasn't finished his mission 2 and why people think he already has.

In case you can't read my shit writing (stfu, I'm stuffy and sick, right now. I can't be coherent for shit with my brain rotting in snot right now like a lava lamp):

Starscream: SOLDIER! Why haven't you created chaos on Earth yet?
Axis: Did. I released an epidemic that causes world-wide depression, vomiting, and dementia. So far, 569,452,841 are dead.
Starscream: Oh... fine then... carry on...
Computer: Pip!
Axis: GODDAMMIT MADAGASCAR!!
